The Promoter is Candice Wu Glass whose registered office is at 41 Roman Way, Billingshurst RH14 9QU.
The sweepstakes is open to real persons Worldwide (excluding Antartica and the Arctic) aged 13 years or over.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this sweepstakes.
By entering this sweepstakes, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry details for the sweepstakes and details of how to enter are detailed in the following sections below.
The sweepstakes will be held on Instagram.
Closing date for entry will be 30 June 2023 @ 23:59hr GMT. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries received after the closing date.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the sweepstakes and terms and conditions without notice for any reason. Any changes to the sweepstakes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this sweepstakes.
Liability disclaimer : in the event of an entrant’s non-compliance or the inappropriate use of the prize received, the Promotor is not responsible for the Winners’ misuse of the prizes or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.

Offensive, discriminatory and inappropriate comments that violate the rights of third parties will not be tolerated nor allowed to enter the prize draw. These comments will be deleted and the users who shared them will be disqualified from participating in the contest and in future giveaways as well.
You must adhere to all the rules in order to qualify for the draw.

Prize rules
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received which qualify and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
The Winner will be notified by Direct Message, after which the Winner has 72 hours to contact the Promotor with a physical address for the prize to be sent directly.
If the Winner does not get in touch with the Promotor within the stated time period, the prize will then pass onto the first alternate winner who will equally have 72 hours to get in touch with the Promotor.
By participating in this sweepstakes, the entrant indicates her/his/their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The sweepstakes and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The Winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK GDPR data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

The purpose of collecting your personal data is to process the delivery of the prize as the Winner of the contest, to the address/account indicated in the entry registration of the sweepstakes.

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contest. The Promotor will keep hold of the data, duly blocked, until the statute of limitations for the possible legal actions have elapsed.

By entering the draw, Entrants are giving consent for their personal data to be used in processing the entry requirements for the draw in order for a Winner to be selected. Entrants will have the right to withdraw their consent at any time
